Petit Fours – They’re a little bit fancy

CC_Lifestyle_Office_003_BWA petit four is a small confectionery or savoury appetizer. The name is French, petit four, meaning “small oven”.

Growing up in some of Melbourne’s favourite french pastry shops, Jacky always knew she would be baking for others.  Born to a French/ Egyptian mother and Austrian father, petit fours were a decadent little after school morsel, that Jacky would often have the pleasure of enjoying.

Now Charlie’s Co-owner and Cookie-innovator, Jacky has refined the range of big bite size cookies otherwise known as petit fours.  The range includes a vast selection of bite size gourmet cookies that are delicate and elegant for either corporate entertaining or high tea parties.

Not ignoring her French and Austrian roots; the range includes Viennesse eclairs, biscotti, florentine and slices. Charlie’s has added an Aussie twist to its big bite cookies by including a decadent range of mini melting moments that bring a deliciously quintessential Australia to your boardroom, function, conference or high tea party.
